Reilly Watson
MA, Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #37FA00057500
I am a licensed associate marriage and family therapist (LAMFT) providing psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. As a trauma-informed and relational therapist, my approach is grounded in creating a space for a collaborative, compassionate inquiry to explore the dimensions that shape inner dynamics and lived experiences. Together, we will work to understand the deeper layers of the self that inform how we relate, respond, and grow.
I frequently support clients navigating:
- Life transitions
- Anxiety
- Attachment and relational dynamics
- Eating and body image concerns
- Trauma
My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens in a space where one feels safe enough to slow down and connect inward. I support clients in cultivating a deeper mind-body connection and building nervous system regulation as foundational steps toward healing. My approach draws on psychodynamic and attachment-based theories, as well as somatic and trauma-focused practices. I also integrate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
In our therapeutic space, we will move at a pace that honors you and your unique needs, working toward greater self-understanding for aligned, lasting change.
Theories of Influence & Experience
Systems theory: A framework for understanding how our internal and external experiences are shaped by the constellation of our relationships and environments.
Somatic theory: An interdisciplinary lens that recognizes the body as central to processing cognition, emotion, and experiences as reflected in bodily sensations and nervous system patterns.
Psychodynamic theory: An approach that emphasizes unconscious processes shaped by early development and life experiences, influencing present-day thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
